Composite Molding Made Easy with Terry Luckenbach
This
video is directed to the modeler who wants to make their own fuselage
or other composite parts like cowls, wheel pants or any other composite
items, but didn't know how to go about it. The process which is
demonstrated in this video is simple enough for the average modeler to
do, and the materials are relatively inexpensive. It starts with a
drawing of the part on paper and ends with the finished fuselage. The
model he uses in this video is the Pretty Mantis fuselage he designed a
few years ago as a replacement fuselage for Tom Kiesling's Mantis
competition sailplane.
