This year's Top Gun saw the return of Greg Hahn with a new B-25; and he came back strong, taking first place in Expert as well as taking home the big trophy as the 2005 Mr. Top Gun. The Pro-Am class was expanded into 2 subcategories; Pro-Am Am(ateur) and Pro-Am Pro. Our program features a total of 43 competitive aircraft and the highlights of the noontime demo flights, interviews, the awards presentations as well as post award interviews with the winner of each major category.

With technology constantly making great strides, RC helicopters have taken advantage of this pushing limits never thought possible. And for the first time ever there is a video that takes you through setting up your heli to performing the maneuvers themselves. And with real time transmitter sticks, you can easily see exactly what it takes to perform even the most difficult maneuvers. It makes 3-D with a heli easy!

Island Lake State Park in Brighton, Michigan hosts once again this years Skymasters Midwest Regional Float Fly. Last year brought gorgeous weather and eager pilots from around the country along with their diverse float plane designs. This video is directed to the modeler who wants to make their own fuselage or other composite parts like cowls, wheel pants or any other composite items, but didn't know how to go about it. The process which is demonstrated in this video is simple enough for the average modeler to do, and the materials are relatively inexpensive. It starts with a drawing of the part on paper and ends with the finished fuselage. The model he uses in this video is the Pretty Mantis fuselage he designed a few years ago as a replacement fuselage for Tom Kiesling's Mantis competition sailplane.
